Divider Billboard
The goal of this billboard is to showcase our two focus areas, so as the width reduces we need to ensure we keep their hierarchy the same.
When the screen loads, the two lines of content at the top are already there, as well as "see how we do it for" however the line below draws from the top until it hits the bottom of the billboard. When it hits the bottom, the green bars on both sides animate separately, the left bar animation from the center to the left, the right bar animating from the center to the right. As those bars hit the center of their individual containers, the text appears.
