This implements the new design and functionality for the Compose/IEF Add
existing reference form. I also made a one style change in
css/entity-widget.layout.css to make the entity label overlay position
as intended.

Adds a new field widget Compose - Complex that supports entity reference
and entity reference revisions. This also adds some work-in-progress,
example functionality that will be built upon to build modal form
functionality in follow-up ticket(s).
